Corporate law is a core practice of the firm. It advises start-ups, established local companies, and regional and multinational groups throughout the corporate life cycle. The firm assists with the formation and registration of corporate entities in Jordan and other jurisdictions, including the preparation of articles of incorporation and memoranda of association. It advises on corporate governance, shareholder and board matters, corporate records and schedules of authority, group structuring, restructurings and reorganizations, and the consolidation and liquidation of companies, and handles procedures before the Companies Control Department and other competent authorities. The firm regularly advises multinational companies on establishing and developing their presence in Jordan, and Jordanian and regional clients on expanding abroad.
