Litigation
The firm's litigation team represents local, regional, and international clients before the Jordanian courts at all levels, including the Court of Appeal and the Court of Cassation. The team handles civil and commercial disputes, including banking and financial disputes, construction claims, commercial and transportation matters, corporate and shareholder disputes, and insurance claims, many of which involve substantial amounts. Its work covers pre-action advice, interim and precautionary measures, proceedings at first instance and on appeal, and the enforcement of Jordanian and foreign judgments. On cross-border disputes, the team works alongside counsel in other jurisdictions.
