Government Contracting

The firm advises local, regional, and international companies on contracting with governmental and public-sector entities in Jordan and the region. Its work includes participation in public tenders and procurement processes, the review and negotiation of government contracts, concessions, and Public-Private Partnership agreements, and compliance with the requirements applicable to public contracts, including in connection with large-scale public projects. The firm also represents clients in claims and disputes arising from government contracts.
