The firm has extensive experience in the development, structuring, and financing of projects implemented under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) schemes, and in drafting and negotiating operating, transportation, sale and purchase, and concession agreements. Its project experience includes mandates valued in the hundreds of millions and, in certain cases, billions of US dollars. The firm also provides regulatory advice on licensing and approvals in the energy sector.
